The below table shows the advance rates for Underdog Fantasy's 2023 flagship MLB contest, "The Dinger."

Essentially, the highest ranking players are the ones who provided the most bang for their buck back on draft day. Selecting them improved your chances of "advancing" to Round 2 of this year's tournament.

It's no surprise that the top players listed were the 3 best players in baseball this summer -- Ronald Acuña Jr., Matt Olson, and Shohei Ohtani. But the next ~20 or so names are really fun to look at!

PS, if you're wondering why last year's players have such higher percentages, it's because last season's contest was so much smaller (roughly 4.5K). The 2023 Dinger? 55K.
