Official Rules: Underdog Live Like the King Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. VOID IN FLORIDA AND NEW YORK. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, YOU MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. 

1. Sponsor: Underdog Sports Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated companies, including Underdog Sports, LLC and UD Packs, LLC (“Underdog”), 150 Waterbury Street, Brooklyn, NY 11206 (“Sponsor”).

2. Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Live Like the King Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Live Like the King Giveaway Official Rules (“Official Rules”), the Underdog Fantasy Promotions and Sweepstakes Rules (“General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are available here: https://app.underdogsports.com/terms-and-conditions/sweepstakes-general and are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 6, 2026 and ends on October 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). All references to time of day contained in these Official Rules refer to the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of the Giveaway.

4. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry into the Giveaway are: (i) physically located in a Participating State (as defined below); (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age, except for individuals who are physically located in Alabama, Colorado (for some games), or Nebraska, in which case you must be at least nineteen (19) years of age; and for individuals who are physically located in Arizona or Virginia you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (iii) have an Underdog account; and (iv) not enrolled in any U.S. state or Underdog self-exclusion program, on an active cool-off during the Promotion Period, or otherwise unpermitted to enter into contests or transactions on the Underdog platform. This Giveaway is void in Florida and New York. You must at all times during the Giveaway abide by and satisfy all requirements in these Official Rules and the General Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Any individual who is listed on any U.S. state or Underdog self-exclusion list or on an active cool-off is not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

1. How To Enter: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Upon receiving an invitation from Sponsor, to enter the Giveaway, participants must: (a) Online Method of Entry - You may enter by: (i) either creating an Underdog account (via https://www.underdogsports.com or within the Underdog mobile app), or logging into your existing Underdog account; and

(ii) follow @Underdog on X; (iii) follow @UnderdogNBA on X; and (iv) repost the official Giveaway post published by @Underdog on X announcing the Giveaway.

Once the foregoing (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) have been completed during the Giveaway Period, you have been entered into the Giveaway. Creating an Underdog account is free. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage rates and charges imposed by the online or phone service of your choice may apply. In the event you are taking any of the steps described above via a mobile device and using a wireless carrier’s network, standard data rates and charges from such wireless carrier may apply.

Limit: YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THE GIVEAWAY ONCE, unless a higher maximum number of entries is specified in the Promotion Advertisement. As used in these Official Rules, “Promotion Advertisement” means the description of the Promotion presented to the participant at the time immediately prior to entering the Promotion or the code presented to the participant and used to enter the Promotion. The Promotion Advertisement may include, but is not limited to an advertisement on television, radio, podcast, social media, by email or direct communication, a website or web browser, within the Underdog app (whether on Android, iOS, or otherwise), or in any other manner of presentment, regardless of whether other advertisements provide for different Promotion Bonuses. Underdog expressly reserves the right to present different versions of the Promotion to customers in its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including based upon the manner described in the Promotion Advertisement.

Any attempt by you to obtain more than one prize may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the Giveaway Period. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Underdog account used to enter will be deemed to be the proper entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address linked to the applicable Underdog account. Entrants may be required to show proof of being the applicable authorized account holder.

1. Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of receiving a Prize (defined below) depend on the number of participants who enter the Giveaway.  One eligible recipient will receive a helicopter ride from New York City to Philadelphia and back, two tickets for the game between the Philadelphia 76ers and New York Knicks on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 and a reimbursement of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) for travel to and accommodations in New York City (“Prize”), subject to verification of the recipient’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules and further subject to the “Prize Restrictions” set forth below. 

In the event a potential recipient does not meet the requirements for claiming a Prize, such potential recipient shall not be entitled to the Prize, or any other item, compensation or monetary value whatsoever, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the potential recipient.

Total Maximum Aggregate Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $17,500

1. Selection of Winner: One (1) Prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing shall be conducted by Sponsor no later than October d9, 2026. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Upon verification of the potential Prize winners’ eligibility, the Prize winners will be notified by email sent to the email address associated with the Prize winners’ Underdog account and/or an in-app notification via the Prize winners’ Underdog account (as accessed via the Underdog app).

1. Prize Restrictions: The winner of the Giveaway will be announced via X on Friday, October 9, 2026. Prize will be delivered to the winner by October 20, 2026. Prize is non-transferable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipients. The Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the recipients; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor will not replace the Prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/REQUIREMENTS. By entering the Giveaway, participant agrees to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize awarded in the Giveaway, including but not limited to any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or merchandise delivery. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the participant ineligible. By entering, participant further agrees that (i) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules, the General Rules, or any other materials associated with the Giveaway.

By entering this Giveaway or accepting a Prize, each recipient agrees to maintain his/her behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Giveaway activity, including use of a Prize.

Participants enter at their own risk and Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused by events beyond its control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to revise these Official Rules.            

THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL ONLY BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE UNDERDOG FANTASY GENERAL RULES AND THE UNDERDOG FANTASY TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY.
