On Friday, November 15, 2024 beginning at 12:00:00 PM EST and ending at 11:59:00 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”), Underdog Sports LLC (“Sponsor”) will host a giveaway. Follow these 3 steps: (1) follow Underdog Fantasy at @UnderdogFantasy on Twitter/X; (2) comment your Underdog username as a reply to the original Twitter post; and (3) repost the Tweet. If either Mike Tyson or Jake Paul register a knockout during the Friday, November 15, 2024 boxing match, Underdog will award a total of $1,000 in promotional credit to Ten (“10”) winners. The ten (“10”) winners will be selected at random and will receive an equal split of Underdog Fantasy promotional credit deposited to their Underdog account.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway is only open to individuals who (i) are at least 18 years of age (or 19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 19+ in Colorado for some games, and 21+ in Arizona and Massachusetts); (ii) are physically present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates; and (iii) are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Underdog credit not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Underdog credit cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the recipients; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Underdog credit due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

Participants enter at their own risk and the Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused by events beyond its control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants in its discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to revise these Official Rules.
